Calluses on the toenails are a common problem, but with the use of appropriate tools, it is possible to maintain a soft and well-groomed nail contour. Among these tools are micro files, scrapers and mirrors.

Micro files for feet are ideal for cleaning the nails and for removing mild calluses and residues within the nail plate or under the nail plate. These tools come in different shapes and can be used to gently and non-invasively remove calluses that may form under the nail.

Scrapers, are sharper instruments and are used to remove the hardest and most resistant calluses under the nail or in the nail walls. These instruments can have a head with a sharp blade and come in different shapes and sizes.

With the use of the right tools, such as microfiles, mirrors and scrapers, it is possible to maintain and prevent the formation of calluses in the toenails during a pedicure.
