To work on thick nails, it is advisable to use the abrasive paper strips on the stainless steel file holder (Ref. LI055) which can be washed, disinfected and sterilised in an autoclave. Its stability and non-deformability make it particularly suitable for working on thick nails or reconstruction materials.
