The large working surface allows processing of insoles up to size 52.

Multi-point heating

The heating plate, made of high-quality non-stick material, is made of aluminium reinforced with titanium particles, which absorbs energy, heats up quickly and distributes the heat optimally over the entire working surface (36 x 27 cm).

The heating plate is coated with non-stick Teflon, which prevents the materials from sticking during heating and thermoforming.

High performance vacuum

The Podosmart is equipped with the innovative Maxpress system based on a high-performance vacuum pump, which is maintenance-free and ensures optimal vacuum levels for perfect thermoforming and customisation of any type of material.

Digital control

The digital control panel allows quick selection of functions: three temperature levels (70°C - 100°C - 140°C), three vacuum levels and four time levels.
