availability - with freight forwarder and delivered within 1 working day (2 working days for islands
and remote areas).

Standard deliveries will be ground floor only. Please state any special delivery requirements at

RETURNED GOODS

No claims can be accepted if notified later than 7 working days from receipt of delivery. Claims
must be addressed to Customer Service either by phone or by written form (e-mail or fax). No
product may be sent back without Tecniwork’s prior authorization. All goods returned should be
sent back in perfect conditions, complete with all accessories, and accompanied both by their
original packaging and a delivery bill with the buyer's customer number and the invoice date and
