Resin base with specific supports and reinforcements ideal for reducing the impact on the heel, thanks to the insert in shock-absorbing technical material in the heel area.

To be heat-sealed and thermoformed

The semi-finished footbed is made of assembled materials, with the EVA lining pre-glued only in the heel area for easier processing.

It is ready for modification and bonding by means of thermo-welding (thanks to the adhesive contained in the resin which is activated when the footbed is heated). It is then ready for thermoforming at 80°.

It is then possible to shape it to fit the footwear perfectly.
