Covered on one side with a perforated polyester film to be placed in contact with the skin: the polyester film does not adhere to the skin and does not cause discomfort. The perforated, non-adherent film allows rapid drainage of exudate so that no adhesions are formed, so the newly formed tissue is not damaged by dressing changes.

The part of the dressing covered with the perforated film must be placed in contact with the wound.
