Product description

Professional one-way cutter in Premium Carbon with fine cross toothing and truncated cone-shaped tip.

The DLC treatment consists of a special surface coating based on amorphous carbon, which protects the cutter from wear over time and gives the material optimal characteristics: high hardness, low friction coefficient, chemical inertia (does not react chemically with other elements) and high wear resistance.

Ideal for lowering thick nails, reducing nail length, finishing and removing reconstruction materials such as gel and acrylic and smoothing small thickened areas of the foot.

Autoclavable up to 180°.

Hints

Proper hygiene:

Spray with a ready-to-use instrument pretreater and wait at least 5 minutes.

Rinse and proceed with simultaneous cleaning, cleansing and disinfection with a concentrated disinfectant detergent, which must be diluted in water and can be used in ultrasonic equipment.

Contact time with the instruments is 10 minutes, maximum 15 minutes, after which rinse thoroughly with demineralised water and dry.

Proceed with sterilisation in an autoclave.

Caution: do not use temperatures above 180°C.

For best performance over time and perfect cleaning, we recommend cleaning the Carbon Premium cutter with the specific soft cutter brush , Ref. CM850 or hard cutter brush Ref. CM851; these are steel brushes that effectively remove material residues from the cut, teeth and grooves of the cutter head.
