How to use: roll the sole of the foot back and forth and then proceed towards the forefoot and up to the heel, letting it slide into the centre of the sole of the foot. Repeat for a few minutes, even several times a day. The massage roller should always be placed on a flat, stable and rigid surface in direct contact with the floor.
